Introducing this new speciality class called Sound Bath & Hot Stone Union: “A Sensory Healing Relaxation Journey"This soul filling 2.5 hr journey will guide you through a relaxing evening that will heighten all five senses to anchor you into the present moment, while eliciting a sense of calm & inner peace.
It begins with an overview of how/when our senses will be explored, followed by 95 minutes of carefully blended meditation, hot stone, sound bathing, restorative postures, touch, essential oils and visuals to help you gently drift off into bliss. The evening will end with the pairing of small portions of food and drink complementary to the chakras to stimulate the sense of taste while in solitude to savour the moment. Bask in the evening’s sensations and leave feeling rejuvenated, grounded and at peace from the inside out.

6:30pm: Welcome & Overview
6:45pm: 95 Minute Journey of Hot Stone & Sound Bath Union
8:25 pm: Chakras, Food & Beverage Connection In Solitude
9:00pm: Departure Rested & Rejuvenated
What to Bring: Yoga Mat, Water bottle & wear comfy clothes
What to Wear: Dress in layers so that you can peel on or off as desired. Suitable attire is tang top, short sleeve, long sleeve and so forth. Sweatshirts are usually not a good choice as harder to feel the stones warmth.

There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers for any cancellations 1 week from date of class. The instructors and the space are booked well in advance. Given these type of classes fill up quickly at time of release, many people subsequently make other plans, thus making it difficult to fill the spot with late cancellations (that would have otherwise be filled).
