Introducing Vicki Tree’s signature Hot Stone Relaxation Group Class Series - a one of the kind relaxation experience you don’t want to miss This carefully designed Hot Stone Relaxation series has been repeated, revamped, retested and tweaked to perfection resulting in a SOLD OUT, SOUGHT OUT unique offering where the magic is in the fine details.

We offer four different levels of hot stone experience, the signature (or main) is the hot stone 90 min group class. From there - we up the ante! They are offered from September - May (with a 5th option offered only in the summertime). We always have extra leads in the room to help make the magic unfold.

1) Signature Hot Stone Relaxation (90 min): This is a journey through 4 deeply soothing relaxing postures "bathing" you in stones, blankets, sand bags, music, breath work and other pampering magical extras Vicki Tree style! There is a peeling on and off of the stone layers, draping of blankets, poem readings, scalp massages, hands on grounding touch and endless soothing music, allowing you to melt into CALM so deep you almost leave feeling "relaxed tipsy!” The postures are carefully chosen so they are suitable for all sizes, shapes, ages including bodies with aches/pains. Magical. Period. Pricing: $55 per person

2) Hot Stone Sound Bath UNION (2 hr): Hot Stone Relaxation class meets Sound Bath (with Anita) plus extra time. Wow. This 2 hour restorative journey ups the ante with a unique blending of hot stones and sound vibrations through signing bowls and chimes to give a glowing UNION. Restful, calming and just what you need to find a state of consciousness between awake and asleep. A combo of hot stone class and sound. Delightful. Pricing $75 per person

3) Hot Stone Sound Immersion (2 hrs): Hot Stone class above meets MJ Crawford for a hot stone sound immersion (instead of sound bath). MJ masterfully blends her expansive collection of instruments, while you are layered with hot stones, allowing you to fully release into unique sound vibrations. This two-hour experience—extended by popular request— offers something beyond a traditional sound bath. While sound baths typically feature instruments like singing bowls and chimes, a sound immersion draws from a broader range of instruments where you are enveloped inside a sound environment. The experience is potentially a more intense, immersive soundscape designed for deeper, varied emotional experiences. Pricing $80 per person

4) Hot Stone FUSION (2 hr): We up the ante here with this two-hour speciality class of a "fusion" of Vicki Tree's favourite offerings: gentle happy hips stretch, hot stones, sound bath immersion with MJ Crawford (so many instruments you loose count!). You just can not beat this one! All our favourites FUSED together into one.‍ ‍We begin with a 30-minute Happy Hips release, designed to gently open the hips and lower back through simple movements done lying down or seated. From there, you’ll transition into our Hot Stone Sound Immersion Class (as described above), where warm stones are layered onto the body to deepen a sense of grounding and ease as MJ Crawford weaves in a rich sound immersion using her expansive collection of instruments—creating a deeply enveloping soundscape The combination of heat, movement, and vibration offers a powerful and unique journey into relaxation, release, and sensory restoration. Pricing $80 per person

5) Forest Plank Restorative Soundscape (summer time only): Embark on a 90-minute restorative sound journey in the heart of the forest on our one-of-a-kind Forest Plank. This serene sanctuary—complete with soaring ceilings, screened-in comfort, and the soothing sounds of nature—invites you to fully unwind. This immersive experience blends the healing essence of forest bathing, the resonance of therapeutic sound vibrations, and the gentle power of restorative postures and mending movements—with a few magical touches, Vicki Tree Style. Guided through ten deeply nurturing postures with soft movement, you'll be enveloped in a full sound immersion designed to relax your body and calm your mind. Leave feeling lifted, light, and reconnected—with nature, and with yourself. Pricing $65 per person
