Sonic Ceremony Alchemy Workshop
This is a nurturing, heart centring and peace cultivating two hour experience It consist of three elements: Tea Ceremony, Yoga Nidra & Sound Bath
The first element is the tea ceremony. We is sit in noble silence as we enjoy Iselin's blend of Green Tea's from China. We move slow, sip our tea mindfully and enjoy the taste, smell and warmth. A time to reflect and muse.
Our second element is Yoga Nidra. Iselin will guide us through "Yogic Sleep" for 30 minutes. The body is sleeping but the mind remains awake. 30 minutes of Nidra is equivalent to 2 hours of deep sleep.
Our third and closing element is a Sound Bath. Chris uses an array our acoustic instruments combined with looped and recorded soundscapes to create a fully immersive sound bath experience.Yidaki (didgeridoo), Drums, Flutes, Chimes, Bowls and Voice are woven in ways that evoke emotion, and, a sense of peace.
The Sound Bath compliments and enhances the elements of the Tea Ceremony and Yoga Nidra.

CHRIS MAPSTONE: Mapstone’s music is Steeped in conscious lyrics, thoughtful grooves and melodic, earthly melodies. There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers for any cancellations 1 week from date of class. The instructors and the space are booked well in advance. Given these type of classes fill up quickly at time of release, many people subsequently make other plans, thus making it difficult to fill the spot with late cancellations (that would have otherwise be filled).
