Dates: Wednesdays from January 28th - March 4th  (6 week series)

Time: 9.30am - 10:25am

Instructor: Virginia (+ Kelley for 2 weeks)

Investment: $120 +hst

Location: Vicki Tree Wellness (3626 Line 5 N, Horseshoe Valley)

Commit to a 6 week series surrounded by others to feed off the energetic push and thrive to improve.

This is the perfect class for those looking for extra push for training for spring bike season. If you are keen to push, improve and work with an energetic bunch to improve leg strength and cardio, you found your session!

Do not worry about your level, but rather focus on your drive and passion to get stronger and fitter with these repetitive spin drills to build strength.

PLEASE NOTE: Given the space and instructor is booked well in advance, there are no make ups, refunds, credits or transfers for any classes missed. Thank you for your understanding.
