Enjoy our Mat Pilates at Vicki Tree. We welcome all Pilates enthusiasts, to a journey that will transform your body and mind. These classes are designed to help you work on foundational strength, flexibility and vitality. Whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, these classes are crafted to challenge and inspire you! We have Mat Pilates CORE and Mat Pilates STRENGTH offered three times a week. Something for everyone.

Spring 2026 Schedule

  • Monday 9am: Mat Pilates CORE (Mondays 9am): This is an intermediate (Level 2) class where we focus on the 29 core muscles isolating and recruiting intentionally. If you have attended a pilates mat class before enough times to understand your body, you can adjust and progress as needed. Intermediate does not relate to how strong you are, but rather you understand how to modify and adjust according to your body.

  • Wednesday 12:00pm: Mat Pilates STRENGTH: We will use light weights and target legs, core and two muscles groups per class. This is an all levels class (Level 1 & 2) as progressions and different size weights for all.

  • Friday 10:30am: Mat Pilates STRENGTH: We will use light weights and target legs, core and two muscles groups per class. This is an all levels class (Level 1 & 2) as progressions and different size weights for all.

Investment: $24 +hst per one class or less if you buy 5 or 10 class passes. Classes passes are good for 6 months, so plenty of time to use them.

  • $21 per class when you buy a 5 class pass (good for all regular yoga, pilates for fitness classes)

  • $20 per class when you buy a 10 class pass (good for all regular yoga, pilates for fitness classes)

  • $24 for one class
