Mat Therapeutic Pilates Session (6 week series)

Join Virginia (certified Mat Pilates instructor) for our 6 week Mat Therapeutic Pilates Session this fall. Virginia will carefully guide you through a week by week progression, fine tuning your skills and building new ones.

Dates: Mondays from October 20th - November 24th 2025

Time: 10.30 - 11.30am

Instructor: Virginia Gingras (Mat Pilates Certified - Body Harmonics), Yoga Alliance 500 hr Instructor, Kinesiology Degree, Masters Educational Leadership, Math/Science High School Teacher with 25 yr + of educational and fitness experience)

Location: Vicki Tree Wellness (3626 Line 5 N, Horseshoe Valley)

Investment: $126 +hst

Cancellation Policy: Once the class session begins, there are no transfers, credits or make-ups should you miss one. Thank you for understanding.

Whether you are new to Pilates or a seasoned pro, this program is crafted to challenge and inspire you, while building on Joseph Pilates foundational and classic exercises.
