DESCRIPTION:
Join Virginia for our 5 week Mat Pilates Strength session.
Enjoy this 5 week journey committed to STRENGTH using a variety of classics from Joseph Pilates repertoire, with an added spice of conventional movements to build strength, mobility and stability in your body. Focus is always around the 29 core muscles that give you a solid fountains for all your daily activities.
Together we will GROW and BUILD with a focus on STRENGTH.
Through the 5 weeks, Virginia will carefully guide you through a week by week progression, working on strength and proper alignment for pelvic and spine. Intentional movement is the focus as we build each week as a group, with modifications always given.
