This 90-minute Somatic Rhythmic Meditation class creates a sacred space to reconnect with their innate wisdom through the healing powers of rhythm, breath, and mindful movement.

By combining body drumming, gentle somatic stretches, and guided meditation, participants will release tension patterns, enhance body awareness, cultivate a deeper sense of spiritual connection and step into a healing space of self love.

Combining these practices allow participants to connect mind, body and spirit to unlock deep care and kindness for themselves.

Participants will need to bring a journal and pen for intention setting as well as comfortable clothing and a yoga mat.

Viktoria Hamma is a compassionate and dedicated wellness practitioner whose work embodies the intricate connection between physical healing, emotional wellbeing, and spiritual growth.
