Awaken Your Flame is a deeply experiential session designed to guide you from exhaustion and overwhelm back into your body, your breath, and your truth. Michelle created this workshop from her own journey through burnout, recovery, and the long, tender work of finding her flame again.

Through grounding practices, intuitive movement, restorative breathwork, journaling, and guided self-reflection, you’ll reconnect with the part of you that never burned out - your flame, your clarity, your inner resilience.

Explore somatic tools that support emotional release, nervous system regulation, and the slow, steady reclaiming of your energy. This is not performance. It’s not “push harder.” It’s an invitation to soften, listen inward, and return to yourself in a way that feels honest and sustainable.

 You’ll leave feeling lighter, steadier, and more you, with a renewed sense of possibility and momentum for whatever comes next.

Michelle Hillier is a dynamic speaker and somatic movement strategist known for her electrifying presence, grounded wisdom, and transformative ability to reconnect people to themselves through breath, movement, and embodied awareness.
