Take a little time to give thanks to YOU with our Thanksgiving themed, carefully crafted class where Hot Stone Relaxation class meets Sound Bath plus extra time. Wow.
This 2 hour restorative journey ups the ante with a unique blending of hot stones and sound vibrations through signing bowls and chimes to give a glowing UNION.
Restful, calming and just what you need to find a state of consciousness between awake and asleep.
A combo of hot stone class and sound. Delightful.

What to Bring: Yoga Mat, Water bottle & wear comfy clothes
What to Wear: Dress in layers so that you can peel on or off as desired. Suitable attire is tank top, short sleeve, long sleeve and so forth. Sweatshirts are usually not a good choice as harder to feel the stones warmth.

Cancellation Policy:
There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers for any cancellations 1 week from date of class. The instructors and the space are booked well in advance. Given this type of class fills up quickly at time of release, many people subsequently make other plans, thus making it difficult to fill the spot with late cancellations (that would have otherwise be filled).
