Restorative Soundscape Experience: Embark on a 1hr 45 minute restorative sound journey in the heart of the forest. 

If the weather allows, your experience will take place on our stunning Forest Plank. This serene sanctuary—complete with soaring ceilings, screened-in comfort, and the soothing sounds of nature—invites you to fully unwind. 

Should the temperature drop that day, the class will be in our beautiful Sunlit Room, where floor-to-ceiling windows offer stunning views of the forest, complemented by the warm glow of our cosy fireplace. A beautiful setting to relax, unwind and enjoy your practice.

This immersive experience blends the healing essence of forest bathing, the resonance of therapeutic sound vibrations, and the gentle power of restorative postures and mending movements—with a few magical touches, Vicki Tree Style. 

Guided through ten deeply nurturing postures with soft movement, you'll be enveloped in a full sound immersion designed to relax your body and calm your mind. 

 Leave feeling lifted, light, and reconnected—with nature, and with yourself.

Cancellation Policy:

These classes often selling out quickly at the time of release.  The instructors and the space are booked well in advance. There are no refunds, exchanges or transfers for any cancellations 2 week from date of class. The classes fill up fast and as a result many people make other plans, thus not filling the spot (that would have otherwise be filled). Thank you for your understanding.
